Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - A Milwaukee man who was dealing cocaine in the city of Sheboygan is going to prison.  32 year old Kenta Willingham was sentenced yesterday in Sheboygan County Court to 4 years in prison to be followed by 4 years on extended supervision.  Willingham was arrested last October after selling cocaine to an undercover agent on four separate occasions in July, September and October.
