Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who accidentally fired a handgun while sitting on the toilet last November was sentenced this morning in Sheboygan County Court.  25 year old Dustin Sippel was charged last November after people living in the downstairs apartment in the 1900 block of Calumet Drive called police to report that a bullet had just come through the ceiling.  Sippel had said at the time that he was sitting on the toilet racking rounds into the chamber when the gun went off.  Sippel pled no contest to the charges this morning and was placed on 2 years probation with the first 75 days to be spent in the county jail.
