SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - There is a major development in the works in Sheboygan’s South Pier District.  Mayor Bob Ryan, on WHBL’s Sheboygan’s Morning News, said the council met in closed session Monday night and then approved the sale of property to the owners of the Blue Harbor Resort.  Ryan said the council authorized the sale of four lots near Blue Harbor with the option to purchase more lots in the future for a major upcoming development.  Ryan said more information will be coming out later, but he emphasized it will be a major development.  There had been talk about a year and a half ago about a casino being developed on the former Pentair property, but nothing ever came of it.
