Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - The recount of the vote in the race for the branch 3 judgeship is underway at the Sheboygan Administration Building.  Catherine Delahunt, who had challeneged incumbent judge Angela Sutkiewicz and lost by just 128 votes on the April 5th election petitioned for the recount on Monday.  It's expected to take over a week to perform the recount and could cost the county upt to $5,000.
