MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - An 18-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged with felony murder in connection with a shooting death in a north side neighborhood.

Prosecutors said 18-year-old Marcus Powell threatened to shoot 18-year-old Daniel Seybold and, “take over his block.” That was a couple months ago.

Seybold was shot and killed 8 days ago during a robbery. Authorities said Powell did not pull the trigger, but he was with the shooter – who has not been charged yet.
