MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Two people have pleaded guilty to federal sex trafficking charges in Milwaukee.
Amani Booker and Holly Arnold are scheduled to be sentenced in January. Officials said they picked up a 14-year-old girl walking on Milwaukee’s north side in May, and promised she could make a lot of money selling sex to men at airport hotels.
Prosecutors said the 2 took the girl to a hotel, gave her marijuana, and took photos for a Web site. Oak Creek Police discovered the scheme while investigating escort services.
Booker pleaded guilty to federal sex trafficking. Arnold pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge. The FBI and Milwaukee Police continue to investigate.
