Town of Scott, Wis. (WHBL) - A West Bend woman was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a Sheboygan County crash, which was apparently caused by fog.  The Sheriff's Department says it happened around 8:30 on Highway 144 several miles west of Random Lake.  35 year old Angela Helm was driving eastbound when she encountered a westbound car straddling the centerline.  Helm swerved to avoid the car and crashed into the ditch.  She was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend.
