MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Milwaukee Police are still looking for the person who killed a man outside a tavern last weekend. The victim has been identified as 24-year-old Michael Bender. Police said he was shot in the head at close range outside a bar on Milwaukee’s north side about 40 minutes before closing time Sunday morning. The shooter fled in a white SUV. Police said Bender had a history of gang activity, and he might have been targeted.
