MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - One person is reported dead, two others injured after a slab of concrete fell from a downtown Milwaukee parking garage. A 15-year-old boy died in the tragedy.

Authorities say it happened around 4 p.m. Thursday at O'Donnell Park Parking structure near the Summerfest grounds. Rescue crews, state and local officials will be back on the scene Friday to determine how the approximately 30-foot slab of concrete fell.

The concrete facade over an exit ramp fell, reportedly trapping one of the victims underneath. The parking garage remains closed, but Lincoln Memorial Drive has been re-opened.
