MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - A body found in the Milwaukee River has been identified as an elderly man missing since February.

69-year-old Richard Weber was found dead last Friday in the river in downtown Milwaukee. A medical examiner’s report said Weber had become depressed after he was robbed in 2007 – and he had been placed in emergency detention twice since last November.
