MADISON, Wis. (WTAQ) - More people say they’re satisfied with the way things are going in Wisconsin, all things considered.
The UW-Madison Badger Poll released more results Friday of its recent survey of 500 adults. 55 percent said they’re satisfied with how things are going in the Badger State. That’s up from 51 percent last November, and 42 percent about 15 months ago.
But 85 percent of those surveyed still believe the economy is bad in Wisconsin – and 95 percent say the national economy is in dumps. Only 35 percent said they’re satisfied with national trends – up from 33 percent last November.
Wisconsin adults were picked on a random basis to be interviewed between June 9th and July 10th. The poll has an error margin of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
