GREEN BAY, Wis. (WSAU) – A drunk couple who was refused service at a Green Bay tavern drove off in a high-speed huff and struck another car, killing both drivers.
The victims were identified as 21-year-old James Clark of Green Bay and Mindy Dickenson, who would have turned 25 today. Clark’s passenger, 25-year-old Stacy LeBoeuf, was hospitalized in fair condition at last word.
The crash happened just after 10:45 last night on Green Bay’s west side.
According to police, LeBeouf punched a customer at a downtown bar after she and Clark were refused service. A bartender sprayed her with Mace, the two were pushed out the tavern door, and Clark reportedly vowed to return with a gun.
Police said they drove off, and were apparently going north at a high speed when Clark hit Dickenson’s westbound car.
Reports said Dickenson was on a cell phone with her boyfriend, asking if their son was sleeping yet. She was heading home at the time.
