MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - People riding the bus in Milwaukee had to dig a little deeper starting Monday. The new year brings with it higher fares on Milwaukee County Transit System buses. The regular adult fare is now $2.25. That's an increase of a quarter. The weekly pass jumps in price by $1, to $17.50. And, the ride all you want monthly pass is now $64, up from $60.
