Elkhart Lake, Wis. (WHBL) -  One person was hospitalized Friday afternoon near Road America when a man on a cellphone rear ended a car.  The Sheriff’s Department said it happened about 12:30 on Highway 67 when 20 year old Joseph Coffey of Pekin, Illinois, on his cellphone, failed to notice the car in front of him slowing to turn into Road America.  Coffey swerved but slammed into the car driven by Ryan Fulk of Kansasville, Wisconsin.  Coffey was taken by ambulance to St. Nicholas Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Fulk wasn’t injured.
