MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - It’s been a bloody 3 weeks in Wisconsin’s largest city.

Thirteen people have been murdered in Milwaukee since July 11th. That was after the city went 4 weeks without a killing.

The most recent homicide took place last Sunday, when 19-year-old Donovan Howard was shot to death in a north side neighborhood. It was Milwaukee’s 49th homicide of the year – one more than at the same time in 2009.
