GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A woman is injured after a hit-and-run crash on Green Bay's west side. The 45-year-old woman was struck when she was crossing West Mason Street at Gross Street. Police say the driver did eventually return to the scene and talk with them, after being encouraged by friends to do so. The woman is expected to be OK.
