MILWAUKEE (WRN) - Testimony continues Monday in the Milwaukee trial of a man accused in the murders of 4 people shot at a street party on July 4th of last year. 29-year-old James Washington has been on trial for a week. The jury has heard 2 hours of police interviews in which Rosario Fuentez admitted pulling the trigger as part of a gang dispute. Fuentez agreed to help prosecutors in exchange for a lesser conviction of reckless homicide. He’s due to be sentenced Tuesday. Antonio Williams was earlier sentenced to life in prison in the shooting spree.
