GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - The Green Bay Packers hold off a late charge by the San Francisco 49ers 30-24 at Lambeau Field Sunday. QB Aaron Rodgers led the offensive charge going 32 of 45 for 344 yards and 2 TDs. Ryan Grant had a big day on the ground with 21 carries for 129 yards and a TD.  The Packers move to 6-4, while the 49ers fall to 4-6.
