MILWAUKEE (WRN) - A drug suspect in Milwaukee might have broken his pelvis when he jumped out of a second story window to avoid being arrested. It happened about 7 p.m. Monday. Officers were called to a house to check out a drug complaint – and apparently, the suspects saw them coming. Police said a 25-year-old man dived headfirst from a double pane window that was shut. He started to run, and officers grabbed him but he broke away and ran off. The officers then followed a trail of blood to another building. The suspect saw them and slammed the door. But it was too late, and 3 officers fought to take him into custody. Besides the pelvic injury, the man cut a forearm. He was 1 of 3 people arrested.
