The military apparently trains its equal opportunity officers that racism is everywhere. I agree with one element of this; some blacks face racism where most whites never will. But like so much of this "white privilege" training, it's worded as though it's still 1954. The notion that no progress has been made in racial equality is laughable. Assume racism is everywhere every day? No, I don't. I also don't assume that racism has been entirely eradicated. It never will be. But seeing racism everywhere?
And "support the leadership of people of color consistently, but not uncritically?" How exactly do you do that???
