One of George Will's better efforts, in my opinion. This piece really summarizes the Obama Presidency about as well as it can be summarized. Many politicians have gotten elected on empty rhetoric and promises. How many get re-elected? Take the President's most recent State of the Union address; he called for the same things he's been calling for since his 2008 campaign.
Yet, the public doesn't seem to notice that the Mr. Obama is all about words and not actions. Despite all evidence to the contrary, on the issues Will points out and others, Obama is all talk and no action. And Will nails the cause for this; words are what got him elected in the first place, going all the way back to his speech at the 2004 DNC.
Has the public caught on to this? We'll find out in November.
