One Billboard, Two Messages

This is truly fascinating technology.  But I can't help but wonder; does revealing this at least partially defeat the purpose? Wouldn't it be better to never reveal to the adult world that the message aimed at children is there? And here's another thought; can this technology be used to aim one advertising message ad adults and another at children? "Tell your parents you want them to buy..." In fact, the more I think about it, the scarier the prospect of children seeing message you can't really is.
