81 year old Audrey Parker of Baraboo has shown you can beat City Hall, at least for now. We had Audrey on the show Thursday. She was also on Vicki McKenna's show in Madison on Wednesday. I said on the air Thursday that I found it hard to believe that with this story going statewide Baraboo city officials could live with the optics of an great grandmother pouring water into her toilet to flush. They didn't, apparently. And the great news is that the PSC may require an opt-out provision. State Representative Jeremy Theisfedlt of Fond du lac had introduced legislation to that effect after hearing about Parker's plight.
