Over the years I've had my issues with Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen. At times he seems solidly conservative at other times he disappoints. This would be an "other times" moment. 11 state attorneys general have penned a letter saying the Obama administration has repeatedly broken the law by arbitrarily changing the Affordable Care Act unilaterally, without going back to Congress.
It would have been an even dozen AGs, had Van Hollen added his name to the letter. When Right Wisconsin reached out to Van Hollen's office about the letter, they got "no comment." Why didn't Van Hollen join this effort? Was he unaware of it? Knowing of it now, if that was the case, will he sign it now? If not, why not?
