Confessions of a Public Defender

by Jerry Bader

It would be an understatement to say this is stunning in its candor. Yes, as this is written under a pen name, the left will question everything about this; including whether he's really a liberal. Of course, I can't prove he is and they can't prove he isn't, but I suspect he actually is. What he's saying here is that his personal experiences with the races as they interface with the criminal justice system seem to match racial stereotypes.

He has this experience I don't, but it's hard not to believe he's not painting with at least somewhat of a broad brush. But even if that is the case, this is eye-opening to say the least.
