If I could bend NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's ear for a minute or two, I'd like to humbly request that he put an end to the increasingly-painful Super Bowl halftime show.  I'd say the game itself could stand on its own.  I'm quite certain people don't choose to watch or not watch the game based on what group is performing at halftime.  And, quite honestly, I don't even care if the group performing is among my favorites.  I don't think it belongs...and it's not necessary.  Check out the reviews of this year's halftime show.
