I have said for two years now that the divisive nature of the Wisconsin Supreme Court is not only Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson's fault, it is her goal. She's willing to make the court as dysfunctional as she has to in order to get a 4-3 liberal majority. I believe she leaked the Prosser/Bradley story to the media.
It's clear that the left has virtually nothing on Justice Pat Roggensack so they'll grab whatever they can. So Abrahamson tries to claim Roggensack was wrong when she says Prosser apologized for calling her "a bitch." So Roggensack is right; he apologized for it, publicly. If he didn't apologize personally to Abrahamson, he should have, but he has apologized.
And don't think it isn't telling that Abrahamson refuses to be interviewed and will only answer questions in the controlled (by her) envrionment of an email exchange. It's much tougher to get caught in a lie that way and much easier to construct evasive answers. I've said it on the show many times, unlike a court of law, I DO hold it against someone for "not taking the stand in there own defense," as it were. Abrahamson should be ashamed of the desperation she's exhibting here; I doubt that she is.
Time is short and the number of weapons they have to use against Roggensack seems even shorter. As time grows shorter, look for their desperation tactics to grow.
