As predicted by me in my New Year predictions. Previous President Obama EO's have stretched, if not broken the law; gun control by executive fiat would likely shatter the 2nd Amendment. Menino refers to "legislation" but Biden's promise of action by the end of this month makes it almost impossible to believe that he wasn't talking about an Executive Order. 

Republicans have sat on their hands and whined while Obama legislated through EO. If I'm right about this, let's see what they do now. Stay tuned.
