If these allegations are true, they're chilling. And the claims that Planned Parenthood abandoned this woman as a patient will be fairly easy to document if true, thanks to the ER doctor. Her allegations of forcing the procedure will be more problematic. And if, by some miracle, Planned Parenthood admits to any of this, they'll haul out their usual "it's one bad apple" routine. They use it every time someone shakes their tree and finds a bad apple.

But here's the larger point; stories such as these put the lie to the claim that pro-abortion advocates are the ones who care about women. They care about abortion.  And when we learn that abortion providers care about abortion and not "women's health" the media goes into protection mode. Do you remember the story of the Philadelphia Butcher? This modern day Mengle's behavior is what shocked most people, including me. But what was equally shocking was the complete lack of regulation, oversigh and inspection of an abortion facility, especially compared with any other surgical facility, which an abortion clinic is.

The way the pro abortion camp reacts to abortionists treating women as disposable as the babies they carry illustrates how twisted their mindset has become. Abortion must be protected at all costs, including the lives of the women they claim to care so much about.
