You know, I truly don't know. I had missed this one until a listener sent it today, but it apparently went viral after it was first published late last month. The notion that Chicago is safe because of its strict gun laws sounds the fishiest. But I can say with all honesty that my liberal relatives have, at one time or another but not all at once, have said virtually all of these things. Because of that, I'm leaning toward real.
