This one is because a florist wouldn't deliver flowers. The Madison-based Freedom From Religion Foundation is suing a Rhode Island florist because they wouldn't deliver roses to a girl who fought to have a prayer banner removed from her school and ultimatley won. The Gaylor Gang alleges the florist discriminated based on religion. You can refuse to serve anyone as long as it's not for race, religion, sexual preference. Even if the florist refused because the girl is an atheist, which will be tough to prove, is that discriminating against a "religion?"
