Others have pointed out President Obama's rank hypocrisy in the whole "Romnesia" meme. But Kim Strassel here does a brilliant job of pointing out what a classic case of projection this is by Obama. Yes, Romney has been guilty of a shift here and there, but most of the flip floppery Obama accused Romney of after the first debate was simply a matter of the real Mitt Romney not matching the cartoon cut-out Mitt Romney that Obama and the left in general had created.

It really is stunning to step back and see how absoluitely fluid Obama's positions have been on so many issues. Of course, as a liberal, he has the luxury of "evolving positions" on issues. Gosh that sounds sophisticated, doesn't it? So does calling a garbage man a sanitation engineer.
