I was tied up most of the day and unable to blog on this until now. This is a stunner. And that this ruling relies on the U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning gun rights is also critical because this court is arguing that ruling prohibits bans on concealed carry.
And if State of Illinois does appeal this to SCOTUS and loses, it would mean laws banning concealed carry in any state would be unconstitutional. If they don't appeal, the Illinois legislature has six months to come up with a concealed carry law. Welcome to America, Illinois!
