The Hill has the Backstory on this. I love the part about how giving oil companies tax breaks is the same as giving them subsidies at other taxpayer's expense. That makes sense to libs, because they consider corporate profits THEIR money and they should decide how much corporations get to keep. By the way, they feel the same way about YOUR money.
