"Non-procreation as part of probation." Pretty sharp of the ADA to know the court ruling on that, but I'm actually not sure this does fly under that ruling. What the court ruled in that case was that it was permissible for the judge to require David Oakley to be able to support any future children he fathered. It didn't outright ban procreation as this provision does.
That's not to say I don't like it, I do.
