As a parent of a daughter one year away from college, this story reminds me of a couple of things: 1) that I'll have perfectly good reason to lie awake nights wondering what she's doing at college and 2) people under 25 STILL think they're going to live forever.

Granted, we did stupid things when I was that age, but pouring alcohol into an unprotected eye??? And really, DRINKING shots of Vodka doesn't produce results quickly enough???
