Via Hot Air...As this L.A. Times article points out, you could quibble with the question construction in this poll. And then there's my personal policy of not trusting one poll, but rather 4 or 5 that show a trend. Indeed, several previous polls have shown that even a slim majority of democrats support this law. This poll, in fact, doesn't show that, but does show a slight democrat majority opposition to repealing it.

Polls have shown enough of a trend to me that even if some people do have issues with the exact construction of this law (and to a degree that even includes me), this issue is not one Republicans should run from. Not at all.
