As promised on today's show. Fred Barnes arguing that knowing they have nothing to lose, democrats will pass every piece of unpopular legislation they can before the November elections. I touched on this only briefly on the show, but my prediction at this point is "the big three" Barnes refers to, cap and trade, immigration and VAT won't happen before November because there are just enough dems who think they do have at least some re-election prospects to preserve. This is a prediction that is definitely subject to change, however.
