Michigan Democrat Bart Stupak and a block of anit-abortion House dems announced this afternoon that an Executive Order President Obama will sign will answer their concerns about federal abortion funding in the Health Care Reform Bill and they will now vote for it. That gives dems more than the 216 votes they need to pass the bill today.

Something to watch for later today...now that they have some wiggle room, which dems, facing tough re-election battles, will be allowed to vote no on this.
