Twice in three days fighter jets were scrambled to escort commercial airliners because a passenger was either unruly or raised suspicion. I have been critical of the Obama administration for being in denial where the war on terror is concerned. On the other hand, do either of these two episodes really warrant scrambling fighter jets? In hindsight, no, they don't. Unfortunately, hindsight isn't much of a tool in fighting terrorism. We'll debate this on Monday's show.
