This one’s for folks who LOVE their potato chips or need that salty fix!
Homemade chili spiced tortilla chips
This recipe comes from Cooking Light Magazine
What you need:
- a package of corn tortillas
- canola-oil spray
- ½ teaspoon of chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt.
Cut 10 tortillas into 6 slices and arrange on a baking pan. Spray with the canola oil spray, and sprinkle on the seasonings! Then bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool, and serve! They’re the perfect fix when you crave something salty or crunchy. You’ll end up with 7 servings. In each you’ll get way less sodium, only 100 calories, 2 grams of fat, 20 carbs, and 1gram of fiber and protein! And, they’re delicious!
