Have you wanted to get a leg up on your friends and family when it comes to tasting local food and craft beer?

One of the best ways to do that is by heading over to Hops on the Hill.

This Thursday from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., the 6th annual event at Heritage Hill State Park in Allouez will feature 17 Green Bay area restaurants and 50 craft beers.

Restaurants participating this year include Big Tomatoes, Black & Tan, Pullmans, Green Bay Distillery, Bleu, Mustard Seed Cafe, Regatta 220 and 1951 West.

Tickets are $45 at the door ($35 if you were smart and bought in advance) with the proceeds going to Heritage Hill's Educational Programs. You also have the ability to bid on live auction items including a personalized autographed football from Packers legend Bart Starr, a signed framed jersey from Packers LB Clay Matthews, golf packages and overnight stays.

You can get more information at Heritage Hill's website.

Enjoy the beautiful summer evening weather with some great eats, suds, music and helping important educational programming.
